Joseph Thomas is a humor writer living in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife (Natalie), their three kids, and one dog.
He studied English in college, improv at Improv Nashville in Nashville, and humor and satire writing at the Second City Training Center in Chicago.
Joseph will take on the occasional stand-up open mic and is the founder/host of Catfish and Comedy (2015-2016)–a short-lived fish fry and comedy show that successfully brought legitimate, touring stand-up comics and improvisers to his tiny hometown of Savannah, Tennessee and made him the topic of discussion at local Ministerial Association meetings.
His professional background is in funeral service, so obviously he is a blast at parties and an expert at responding to the open-ended statement, “I could never do that.”
